MTSS Counseling Schedule this week:

Morning Recess Gaga ball classes this week: 1, 3, 5
Tiger Den classes this week: K(B), 2, 4, 6 - Tier 1: ALL students welcome. A post-it or pass is encouraged :)
  • K: Ms. Shontell will assist with Tiger Den; 5 students each - 15 max
  • 2nd grade: 10 students each - 30 students max for AM recess
  • 4th grade: OPEN -  students may come as they please or need (no teacher note needed) - 30 students max for AM recess
  • 5th grade: OPEN - students may come as they please or need (no teacher note needed) - 30 students max for AM recess
Small Focus Groups: PRIMARY week (click link to see group members)

MTSS Walk-In’s: If a student in your class is having a medium to large size problem and classroom interventions aren't workingfeel free to CALL AIRHART (951-313-9019) for pick up and/or send them to B5 during MTSS Walk-In time.  “LET’S TALK” Slip.

Behavior, defiance, and student needs have increased as we enter the final month, therefore the MTSS School Counselor needs to be on call. Organized counseling activities will resume during the 23/24 school year.





REPORT CARD INFO LINK

Make sure you let us know what you are teaching, the students should know the objective of the lesson they are learning. They should have Essential Questions that they can answer at the end of the lesson. 

Make sure you are aware of the standards you are teaching, AND the rigor of those standards. Do not rely on the curriculum to meet the rigor. I placed an ELA standards progression document in your box.

5/8-Wheels Squared Assembly, on black top. (BMX assembly on basket ball courts, just like Halloween Parade)  

5/9- Brown and Roe leadership meeting 4-5:30

5/10- Earthquake drill 9:00 am (Duck, cover, hold, evacuate)

5/11- Brown offsite meeting until 12

5/12- Minimum Day 11:15 dismissal
